Vintage Siam Sterling Black Niello Enamel Peacock Brooch Product Description: This is a great looking Vintage Siam Siamese Sterling Silver and Black Niello Enamel Peacock Brooch, measuring approx. 2" X 1 1/4" and marked STERLING, and also marked 925 which is STERLING SILVER, and also marked SIAM. SIAM was the official name until 1939, but from 1939 through 1945 the official name was THAILAND, and then changed back to SIAM from 1945 through 1949, when it was changed back to THAILAND. This is a vintage brooch. Clasp works fine. Great looking Brooch!
